Abstract

Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population and Human Resources in terms of population interests, Population Administration provides fulfillment of administrative rights such as public services and protection relating to Population Documents without discriminatory treatment. Tracking is an action, process of outcome or a better statement. The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of e-ID card in the population and civil registry office. To find out the implementation of e-ID card, the indicators used are transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equal rights and balance of rights. The theory used in this study is Government, Tasks and Functions, Districts, Servants, and Public Services. The result is the implementation of good e-ID card services. As for the obstacles in the implementation of the Camat's tasks, such as the problem of time for people who will take care of e-ID card
