Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of the football extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 06 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency. The research question in this study was how the level of physical fitness of the football extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 06 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency? This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all 18 students of the football extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 06 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency. The sampling technique was total sampling, thus the number of samples was 18 students. The instrument used in this study was the TKJI test with five types of tests. The average TKJI score is in the poor category or with a score of 9,3. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study are: the level of physical fitness of the Football Extracurricular Students 06 Kerinci Kanan, Siak Regency is categorized as poor with an average score of 9,3.
