Abstract

Isti miranti (144110195), the title of this research is the effect of tofu liquid waste and NPK 15:15:15 toward growth and production of cauliflower plants (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L), guided by Dr. Ir. H. T. Edy Sabli., M.Si as mentor I and Selvia Sutriana, SP, MP as mentor II. This research was conducted in Faculty of Agriculture Islamic University of Riau, experimental garden kelurahan Air dingin, Kecamatan Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru during 4 months, started from May until August 2018. This research aimed to knowing the effect of interaction and main of tofu liquid waste and NPK 15:15:15 toward growth production of cauliflower plants. This research was conducted by using Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) the Faktorial divided into two factor. The first factor is tofu liquid waste (L) consist of 4 level there are : 0, 25, 50, 75%. The second factor NPK 15:15:15 (N) consist of 4 level there are : 0, 1,25, 2,50, 3,75 g/plants. With the result obtained 16 combination every combination consist of 3 repetitious, and total of 48 units experiment. The observed parameters is height plant, long and the longest, age of flower formation, time harvest, flower diameter, flower wet weight of plants, economist’s wet weight, and this observations was analized by statistically and continued with real difference test (BNJ) extend 5%. The result of this resarch showed that with tofu liquid interaction and NPK 15:15:15, take real effect of high plants the age 30 HST flower diameter, flower wet weight and economist’s wet weight. The best treatment at concentration 75% dan NPK 15:15:15 dosis 3,75 g/plants. The main influence of tofu liquid waste concentration 75%. The main influence dosis NPK 15:15:15, real against all parameter of observation and the best treatment with dosis 3,75 g/plants.
