Abstract

The research has been carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution km13, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru, for 4 months from March to June 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effects of natural rubber liquid waste. and legin on the growth and production of soybeans. This research uses factorial completely randomized design (RAL) consisting of 2 factors, the first factor is natural rubber liquid waste (L) consisting of 4 levels, namely L0: without the provision of natural rubber liquid waste, L1: 14 ml/plant, L2: 18 ml/plant, L3: 22 ml/plant. for the second fact (B) which consists of 4 levels of treatment namely B0: without treatment, B1: 4 g/kg, B2: 6 g/kg, B3: 8 g/kg seed. The parameters observed were plant height, net assimilation rate, relative growth rate, flowering age, seed/plant weight, number of root nodules, analysis of natural rubber liquid waste, efficiency of using legin. What statistically analyzed data was if the F table was greater than F calculated then BNJ tested further at the level of 5%. The results showed an interaction effect on plant height and plant seed weight. The best treatment of natural rubber liquid waste is 22 ml/plant and 8 g/kg legin seed (L3B3). The main effect of natural rubber liquid waste is evident on all parameters. The best treatment dose of 22 ml natural rubber liquid waste / plant. The main effect of legin is evident on all parameters. The best treatment of legin is 8 g/kg of seed.
